The ThermaBlock TBV40 is a high-capacity electric process vaporizer engineered to deliver reliable, economical vaporization and superheating for a wide variety of cryogenic liquids and liquefied gases. Characterized by its compact footprint and streamlined installation, the TBV40 allows operations to rapidly establish a high-flow gas supply by simply connecting the inlet and outlet process piping and bringing in a single power line. The unit vaporizes the liquid and provides essential superheat, safely warming the gas for downstream facility processes.
To ensure precise operational stability, the outlet gas temperature is automatically maintained by cycling the electric heaters on and off via an integrated feedback loop utilizing an adjustable temperature controller and an internal temperature probe. The TBV40 features high-performance stainless steel heat transfer tubes and weather-resistant, replaceable electric cartridge heaters clamped tightly between extruded aluminum blocks. Built for durability in harsh industrial environments, the electrical controls are separated into low and high voltages and housed within a NEMA 4 rated weatherproof cabinet. Every unit comes fully factory wired, tested, and mounted on a rigid pallet base for rapid on-site deployment.
