Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth through lead generation, strategic partnerships, and expansion into new markets. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with strong commercial instincts and a passion for building lasting business relationships in a fast-moving industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
Build and manage partnerships with industrial gas producers, distributors, and end-users
Develop market intelligence to uncover emerging opportunities and industry shifts
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver on revenue growth objectives
Represent Cryo-Lease professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial management
Proven success in new market development and relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment
Candidate must reside in the Central Time Zone
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $75,000 annually
Commission and annual performance bonus
