    Position Overview

    We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth through lead generation, strategic partnerships, and expansion into new markets. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with strong commercial instincts and a passion for building lasting business relationships in a fast-moving industrial sector.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target sectors

    • Build and manage partnerships with industrial gas producers, distributors, and end-users

    • Develop market intelligence to uncover emerging opportunities and industry shifts

    • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiation

    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver on revenue growth objectives

    • Represent Cryo-Lease professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings


    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial management

    • Proven success in new market development and relationship management

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

    • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment

    • Candidate must reside in the Central Time Zone


    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base salary: $75,000 annually

    • Commission and annual performance bonus
