3300 ORCA MicroBulk Delivery Trailer
The 3300 Series Orca MicroBulk Delivery Trailer platform provides a high-volume, on-site cryogenic distribution solution engineered to optimize delivery routes, reduce operator labor, and maximize asset utilization. Designed to complete full fill operations in 3 to 15 minutes without product loss under normal conditions, the 3300 platform eliminates safety hazards and product venting associated with overfilling.
Built with a flexible delivery framework, the 3300 platform accommodates multiple pumping, drive, and pressure configurations to satisfy varying regional and customer site requirements. Available configurations range from versatile external-pump units designed for broad multi-product liquid distribution (LIN, LAR, LOX) to high-pressure, hydraulically driven submerged-pump systems engineered for ventless, high-volume discharge into elevated pressure vessels.
Key System Features & Operational Highlights
Smart Metering Infrastructure: Features a Flowcom 3000 electronic metering system approved by NIST and California Weights & Measures, providing accurate, electronic flow measurement with zero moving parts in the meter section.
Automated Subcooling & Dispensing: Integrated auto-subcool functionality simplifies operator training, prevents cooldown product loss, and speeds up site cycle times.
Single-Hose Delivery Circuit: Minimizes product contamination, cooldown losses, and line pressure drops during transit.
High-Pressure & High-Flow Delivery Capability: High-pressure configuration options deliver up to 525 psig to 450+ psig VHP storage vessels, as well as rapid bulk transfers up to 160+ GPM.
Advanced Safety Systems: Includes automated shutdown protection against subcool loss, pump overspeed, or pressure spikes, alongside accessible pneumatic emergency stops.
Code Compliance: Full design and highway transportation compliance with ASME, MC-338, and CGA-341 standards.
