The 2 Ton OrcaMite CO2 Gooseneck Delivery Trailer is a compact, high-performance solution engineered for efficient, no-loss product transfers. Its 304 stainless steel, food-grade inner vessel is protected by a high-quality vacuum and super-insulation system, minimizing heat transfer to keep CO2 colder. This advanced design enables a single-hose, no-loss filling process, eliminating the need for just-in-time deliveries and improving overall efficiency.
To ensure reliable performance, a dedicated diesel-fired, glycol-based pressure builder maintains high delivery pressure from one stop to the next. The unit is built with a 350 psig MAWP and features lightweight, corrosion-resistant cabinet and plumbing components, including a 100-foot beverage hose and reel.
Every OrcaMite is equipped with the highly reliable Flowcom® Flow Meter System, which contains no moving parts for exceptional durability, stable calibration, and resistance to dry ice.
