4100 ORCA Microbulk Delivery Trailer
The 4100 Orca is a high-efficiency MicroBulk delivery trailer engineered to make on-site distribution for liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid argon (LAR), and liquid oxygen (LOX) services fast, reliable, and highly cost-effective. Designed to complete an entire fill operation in 3 to 15 minutes with no pump cooling or product loss under normal conditions, the ST-4100 maximizes asset utilization and delivery efficiency while reducing operator labor.
Equipped with an automatic fill termination system, the 4100 Orca eliminates safety hazards and product losses associated with overfilling storage vessels. The unit utilizes a single-hose delivery circuit to minimize product contamination, cooldown losses, and line pressure drops. Built with durable stainless steel and bronze plumbing, a robust inner vessel support system for rugged road conditions, and an ergonomic rear control cabinet, the 4100 Orca microbulk trailer delivers dependable performance across demanding transport routes.
