The Microbulk Industrial Trailer offers a robust and versatile solution for industrial gas supply, featuring two 5500L Perma-Cyl industrial vessels with a 500 psi MAWP, making it excellent for high-pressure applications up to 450 psi. Mounted on a Lucon pintle hitch trailer with electric brakes, this unit is ideal for navigating tight spaces. It’s equipped with two 4K hang-on vaporizers and a 4K standalone vaporizer. This trailer serves as a great temporary supply for Trifecta swap-outs or repairs requiring longer downtimes. Notably, this unit does not include final line gas regulation. Users can manually divert between vessels on the vapor side as needed after filling. For efficient operation, delivery drivers can fill one vessel while the other is in use by closing the PB valve and adjusting the vessel pressure, then simply reopening the valve to restore pressure after filling. Once both vessels are at the desired pressure, users can easily switch between them using a manual valve to access the full standby vessel when required.
