This Liquid Nitrogen Dosing Systems is an all-in-one liquid nitrogen (LIN) dosing platform engineered to accommodate every dosing application, ranging from small-batch craft lines to high-speed commercial packaging operations. Liquid nitrogen is supplied to the unit through a vacuum-insulated hose into the dosing head. Integrated sensors monitor line speed and container presence, signaling the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to actuate the dosing head and deliver an exact, repeatable dose of pure liquid nitrogen into each container via a touch-screen Human Machine Interface (HMI).
The system provides vital operational benefits across PET, glass, and aluminum packaging lines. By expanding internal container pressure, it eliminates bottle paneling, increases top-load rigidity for stackability, and enables light-weighting of PET containers. Furthermore, the rapid vaporization of LIN purges headspace oxygen to extend shelf life, preserve product freshness, and stabilize organic products without artificial preservatives.
The system is available with two controller configurations: the Craft Custom (optimized for up to 750 cpm) and the Pack Premier (built for high-speed lines up to 2,500 cpm).
