Ultra Doser Liquid Nitrogen Dosing System
The Ultra Doser is an ultra-efficient, multi-purpose liquid nitrogen (LIN) dosing system designed specifically for low-to-medium production line speeds up to 150 containers per minute (150 BPM / 9,000 CPH). Utilizing advanced cryogenic technology and integrated PLC controls, the Ultra Doser dispenses a precise, repeatable dose of pure liquid nitrogen into every container prior to capping or sealing.
Upon injection, the liquid nitrogen rapidly gasifies. When trapped inside sealed packages, it builds consistent internal pressure to add structural rigidity—preventing bottle paneling, increasing warehouse stackability, and enabling container lightweighting. For unpressurized applications, the expanding nitrogen gas displaces oxygen in the headspace to inert the package, preserve product freshness, and extend shelf life without chemical preservatives.
Driven by an intuitive Siemens PLC controller operating in fixed-delay mode, the system allows operators to set precise dose durations from 20 ms to 1,000 ms in 1 ms increments.
